There are only a limited number of entries available for each individual draw. There is a limit on the number of entries an individual can have for each prize draw competition. You will be limited to a maximum of 50 entries per prize.

We are unique, as we let you know the limited number of entries available for each draw. Once the tickets are sold, the draw will take place! Either an ECC representative, a charity partner, or a dealer will conduct the live draw in front of adjudicators to select one lucky winner from each draw from all of the correct entries of the qualifying question. This will be filmed live and uploaded onto the ECC YouTube channel.

Each individual draw will have a set entry price that represents the prizes available to be won.

The prize draw competition finishes once the final entry has been allocated (of the predetermined published amount available to a specific draw).

ECC will then arrange a suitable date for the winner to be drawn, with charity and commercial partners both available. The lucky winner will then be verified and contacted. The draw will also be filmed and uploaded to the ECC YouTube channel.

There is a 3 month discretionary limit to the timeframe of each car raffle and 2 months for a non-car prize draw competition. If by this time the ticket sales have not reached the ticket allocation, one of the following options will be exercised:

  1. Extend the draw by a further timeframe.
  2. Cancel the draw and refund all the players to date in full.
  3. Offer the play fund pot at that date as a draw prize, less reasonable costs incurred by the promoter. (Up to 5% of the fund)

You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase upon confirmation of your entry. This will be sent automatically to the email address you provide.

Entrants for all prize draw competitions must be over the age of 18. Verification of this will be required from the winner of each prize.

If you are not a resident of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, you are welcome to participate in all the games, providing you meet the other conditional critieria. On the car draws, only the cash alternative can be selected should you win.

All other non-car prizes can be selected and will be delivered anywhere in the world. In any case where the cash prize alternative is selected, funds will be transferred bank to bank in the desired currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time, less any transaction and conversion fees applicable.

Please ensure that you are allowed to and able to receive the cash in the currency you desire under the banking laws and rules and regulations of your Country. Full verification of age and identity will be required at this point.

Each competition runs for a specific time and this information can be found on the individual competition you are looking to enter.

Permitting the competition does not have a reserve amount, a draw will be made regardless of ticket sales. In some rare occasions we reserve the  right to extend draw dates at our discretion.

All entrants are final and constitute a binding sales contract between yourselves and us, therefore no refunds or exchanges are available.

After your entry you will receive an automated email with your ticket number. You can also view this in the members area of your account.

Please send a prepaid unsealed post card with your name, address and contact number alongside the prize and draw date you wish to be entered into. 1 Postcard per household per competition  will be accepted only. Multiple entrants from the same household will result in all entrants being dismissed. Failure to provide all details listed above will also result in dismissal of entry.
